Confirmation
Upon receiving your application and payment,
a confirmation bearing your registration number will be sent. This
confirmation
must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive
the Conference materials.
On-site
Registration
An on-site Registration Desk will be in operation at the HTLV2007
venue. We strongly recommend, however, that participants take advantage
of the pre-registration process.
Cancellation and
Refund Policies
Cancellation shall be possible only if the HTLV 2007 Secretariat
receives written notification to the effect as follows, in which
case the registration fees will be refunded after the Conference.

Until April 23, 2007 75% of Amount paid
From April 24, 2007. No refund
- Bank handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
